The hCG diet has many phases. Phase one is where you load up on calories; phase 2 is when you will do the heavily calorie restricted part of the diet plan, and phase 3 is the start of the maintenance period.

During phase 3, you are now allowed to up your calorie limit per day which is good because then, you can change some things a little bit, like, change the foods you’re going to prepare.

Who loves peanut butter? I do. It’s one of those everyday ingredients that you can put on a sandwich and you’ll have a quick snack.

It is also packed with a lot of nutrition as well, although, it does contain a little bit higher amount of calories.

Did you know that you can eat Peanut Butter during phase 3 of the hCG diet? That’s right, you can eat Peanut Butter during phase 3 of the diet plan and I will share with you today an amazing recipe.

Today, we are going to make the hCG Diet Apple Topia. It is called as such because of the final appearance of this dessert.

So, without further delay, here are all of the ingredients that you will need in order to make the hCG Diet Apple Topia:

  • 1 Medium-Sized Apple
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 packet of Powdered Stevia (or 1 Teaspoon)

  1. The very first thing you will need to do in order to create the hCG Diet Apple Topia is to cut the Apple pieces horizontally. For a medium-sized apple, you should be able to cut it 4 times.
  2. Disassemble the apple for the time being while you prepare the filling.
  3. In a small bowl, add together the cocoa powder, Stevia, and the peanut butter. Make sure to mix it well so that the flavor will stick.
  4. Next, put the Peanut butter mixture on top of every apple slice.
  5. Alternate the apple and then the peanut butter mixture, and then put another apple again, then the peanut butter, rinse and repeat.
  6. After putting it all together, microwave the apple-topia for a good 20 seconds.
  7. Make sure to serve it warm and enjoy!

When I tried the hCG Diet Apple Topia for myself, I was literally blown away. Whoever invented this dish is a genius!

The sweetness of the apple coupled with the peanut butter mixture is amazing. You can also add in some nuts in the peanut butter mixture too if you want.

In some countries, peanut butter is actually sweet. But with this dish, I highly recommend the organic, unsweetened variety as it works really well with the apple.

Also, if you want some granny Smith’s apples, that will be perfectly fine as well. Granny Smith apples are great-tasting and I will try it with this recipe soon.

If you want a guilt-free peanut butter dessert while you’re on phase 3 of the hCG diet, then definitely try the hCG Diet Apple Topia.
